Why is this game more expensive than its sequel?

This game is definitely better than the sequel. It should cost more. I'm playing both back to back right now and almost done with the sequel. Shop around you can buy both games for cheap on other sites.

I'm planning to buy this game with steam DRM, and found it strange that the 2 have a higher price, even you guys saying it's better, for example, Payday 2 is better than 3, but it's cheaper, usually the new one cost more.

I though that it could be the regional price, because I from Brazil, but looks like it's not.

In the end, I happy to know that you guys enjoyed this one more, because I'm sales it get cheaper than the 2, and I can get the 2 later if I want more blasphemous.

Cd keys has Blasphemous for $4.49. Other sites might have steam sells for games cheap as well.

B1 also has 3 DLCs worth of extra content bundled in with the base game, where as B2 only has one DLC and its listed separately. So from a content standpoint, B1 has more, therefor is more expensive.

Although now that I checked, I notice 2, for me anyway, is 5USD more expensive than 1, so why its different for you, I have no idea

Thank you, so it's something they did with regional prices, Blasphemous is higher than it should be(or 2 ir low thant it should be, who knows?).

Will stick to the 1 buying from a keyshop site, thanks for the help

On Playstation, it's the normal stuff. Blasph 1 for $6.24, Blasph 2 for $15.

^They most certainly are and they're on sale much more often, usually for 30 days at a time. Not these 3-day-sales like Steam always fires off.

Okay....thanks for sharing this, I manage to buy some cheap games on PSN, but one of the reasons why I build a PC for gaming, is that here is much cheaper, more sales.

^You provide no examples yet you seem to think you should be believed. Pay attention to sales and how long they are and you'll see it's not even close. I'm guessing you don't check Sony sales on a monthly basis.
