i have 1 flask left. how can i save nacimiento?
i have the quicksilver i have the amount of tears but i still need more flasks. am i missing any?

You are actually missing A LOT of them. There are 8 (highlight the number if you don't mind spoilers) in the game (+ the 2 you start with).

how many do i need to "save" nacimiento? and am i actually on a timer trying to find them?

No timer and he can not be saved.

so i just watched a video on it on he kinda just gives birth to it. was kinda expecting a boss fight with it :T

It may possibly be something in the future DLC, they still haven't implemented the persistent boss yet, could maybe be him? I also expected something to end up happening. Would be nice to have saved him he seemed good hearted and you feel bad for him, and helpless.
