Ok, I did the quest wrong but the site I'm looking at says the prayer is still able to be obtained. There's nothing there for me though.

Did you pick up the flowers? If not they're at the guy strapped to the tree or w/e with arrows in him. I didn't see a pickup thing on the ground, but I spammed the pickup button and found the flowers. If you 'failed' her quest and you are down in the bottom part below the grave, you have to press the pickup or activate button w/e it is, right below the grave and you'll do an animation that you got something. I dunno, I really don't remember now I wrapped up most of the game the day I made that post.
