Hey, does anyone know where to find this last bone?

It's the last one I am missing and the guides seem outdated

This should be behind a small compartment behind a false wall in the upper right corner of the first looping path at the top of Mercy Dreams.

Basically just go right from the upper entrance of Mercy Dreams any time going right is an option. In the upper right there is a wooden platform and a ladder in front of a suspiciously sized chunk of stonework occupying space in the corner of the room. Just cut your way into the chunk to reveal the hidden compartment.
