True Ending

Can I still get the True Ending on True Torment mode? I missed one thing on my first playthrough and haven't got Diosdado to open the hidden door

Well you've seen my other question right?. Since it's my first playthrough I want to complete things that need to be completed in normal mode but unfortunately I have missed the Key that will be given by Esdras, I already defeated Crisanta and Esdras won't give me no keys at all for Diosdado

Positive. This quest will be reseted, and a whole playthrough as well.

Yes. NG+ adds new content including bosses and difficulty modifiers but resets all story progress so you can get a another ending during that run if you wish.

Also, you will need at least 3 NG+ runs to get all the items from each of the 3 difficulty modifiers.

I have another question though what are these "items"? , I feel like Imma need a little more research coz' I really want to complete the game 100%

The one with limited health gives you an HP regen rosary bead

The one with magic focus and weaker melee gives you Mana regen rosary bead

The last one makes you reach max guilt each time you die (short mana bar) and your heal flasks only give you mana not health. I haven’t done that run yet but the reward is a rosary bead that gives you both health and mana from flasks.

I would start with the weaker melee penance first if you have most or all of the things you can get in NG to buff your magic power. You will need to earn your bead slots on the rosary each time in NG+ though.
