Perpetva disappeared, can't fight her

Not long after starting the game I ran into a flying mini-boss in the mountains area and got killed. After respawning I decided to explore some other parts of the map for a while and used a statue to clear my guilt fragment. A few hours later I went back to the spot where I fought the mini-boss but she was not there, there was just an empty room with a tree that says I can put offerings on it. I watched a video of someone fighting this mini-boss which said that her name is Perpetva and it looks like she drops an item called Perpetva's Protection which I think is a bead. She's gone from my game so I can never beat her or get this item. Does this mean I can't 100% the game and will miss out on achievements? And how useful is the bead? If it's really good I may not be able to beat the game without it, I am not the best action game player.

It's fine, if you don't get this bead (gives you small protection against lightning atacks) you can get it later on. Perpetua also shows up later again, so don't worry, defeating her is optional and wont prevent you from getting 100%

Thanks, it sounds like that bead would have been helpful against Esdras but I managed to beat him eventually (after many tries). I guess I will have to start a NG+ to get the achievement.
