Missable Content? What Guide Covers All Missable Stuff (true 100% guide)

Does the first comment under this guys question cover ALL the missable stuff in the game?
OR: Is there a steam guide or a post/article that Does cover ALL of the missable stuff?
Did either of DLCs add more stuff that can be permanently missed/locked out of? (If so does the reddit comment cover that too/or the guide ppl below might link)?

I don't like spoilers but I also don't like missing stuff so I took a quick tiny sneak peak at it.
Seems I already killed someone cuz there's a grave near burial house with donation box.
And I heard one missable quest is timed and I got bad ocd and play very slowly cuz of it so, fudge it, I'm gonna fail that too rather then rush it.
And I remember reading something about not letting an old fella cross the bridge before speaking to some guy on roof. I let him cross already so I guess that's another fail.

TL,DR since I f****d up alrdy few things it seems I'll just 100% it in ng+ I guess but for that I need a complete 100% guide.
I am asking for it here instead of googling it cuz:

A- I am new at game and even when I finish it I won't understand many stuff and especially missable or alternate options to things.

B- The two new DLCs might have added new missable content so many guide might be outdated and since even when I finish the game I won't know many solutions and alternate options to these missable things I might pick and outdated guide since I won't know if it has included all of both base game content that is missable and dlc content that is missable.

C- Someone who has played game numerous times and 100%ed it could know a guide that has all the missables noted whilst I simply can't tell and I intend to 100% it after I beat it for first time by doing it in ng+ but I am not sure which post/guide/article to trust with this.
I really don't want to have to be forced to 100% it (get all missable stuff) in third playthrough.

p.s. I can 100% it in ng+, right?

There's only 3 quests that have a fail state and can be considered misseable. Then there's the bad ending that must be done first, before the good ending, to not be missed, and finally there are a couple achievements that are either branching paths or misseable but I would consider going for them in a new playtrought instead (eg. Redento meeting Cleofas, or Socorro different choices)

The quests that are missable:

*Gemino's quest: Once you go to his map and take the thimble from him you must kill Our Lady of the Charred Visage boss before anything else, then return and give him the thimble filled with oil (retrieved past the boos room) If you fail this quest you can't get 100% map completion without abusing glitches.

*Healing herbs quest: You must give one herb to Tirso before killing any boss (not counting Perpetva fight). You can also give him all herbs possible before a fight and only one will be consumed per boss, so give any you find right away. Some herb locations are after the bridge, so you can't find them all before fighting some of the other bosses. (Failing this will forfeit the mediterranean diet achievement)

*To get the good outcome from Socorro quest you must give her all 3 Marks of the Refugee and then get the Cord of the True Burying from the church window NPC. After you've done that, talk to Cleofas. He will give you a prayer and an achievement.

I think I did tree guy quest right.

However I think I failed herbs one somehow. There is a grave in the empty desert room after the church/pettable dog that waan't there before and I think one kisser of wounds is missing.
So, I killed em, right?

I don't think I came to third thing.
Unless it's three headed lady in ball of hair.

I don't quite understand the ending thing but I guess I'll figure it out when I'm near endgame.
I don't want to abuse save backup technique though if that's the case. I'd happily get alternate one/ones in ng+.

...damn, I so bumed now cuz of heeb thingy. I was one heeb from 100%ing the came possibly in first playthrough.

I think it's incredibly unfair that failing this quest locks me out of 100% map completion. I will gladly abuse a glitch to get 100%. Which glitch are you referring to?
