How / Where to enter the Arena?
I destroyed all Confessor statues (I think), yet the red circle says "Nothing happened" when I interact with them. I just finished the game sitting at 95%.

You need to obtain the immaculate bead, die with it equipped a couple of times transforming it into the black version. You need that bead to do the challenges.
