Has anyone been able to get through the Giant Bell area ?

As the title says.
There is this giant bell swinging around and you have to get through the red(invisible) ledges.
I've tried it over 20 times but it seems like pure rng. Is there a spell or item that makes it doable ?

On the floor you just duck and wait for it to pass. Climbing the red ledges you just hop up to a point where you can jump over the bell, then do the rest quickly before it comes back. Might give you more time if you wait until it passes on your right. You shouldn't need anything special to do it
