Severed hand relic question

So i got the relic, as i understand when you equip it if there is a secret/hidden thing near it makes ringing noises. Now i am in Albero in the healing house and the relic doesnt stop the make the sound. Does the sound continue regardless if the secret/hidden/puzzle is solved in the area or it means that there is something more? It probably makes the sound, because of the hidden wall in healing house or it is something else?
