how to go foggy places without get hurting

help i am stuck in desecrated cisterns lowest floor's foggy area i cant go to unlock the lewer what will i do next ?

You get a relic later that makes you immune to the fog

Its in the bottom left most area of the map. You need 3 specific items to lay out for it. They'll give you an item, bring that item to the tree that got struck by lightning. Leave and come back and get the item. Now bring this item back to the town and enter the blue fountain. He will bless it and now you can access areas and items that require the thorns/vines.
