The single blue candle in the sleeping canvas
What do I do with it? When I push Y (xbox controller) he just stand next to it like something should happen...
Do I need to bring something or equip anything to make it work?

You have to get the two smaller blue candles first.

I have the big ball of wax, both blue and red - do you mean those?

I think the game has more candles than you need, so if you already have the big wax you can't interact with them no more.

I have the medium bead of blue wax, but can't interact with this particular candle in order to get the big bead. Is it a bug?

Once you have the biggest blue ball you cannot lit off anymore candles.
