Poisonous gas

I've bought the green glass-preserved moss thing for the rosary from a merchant. It's supposed to protect from poisoning, but it doesn't. When I enter an area filled with green gas, I got damaged by it (the moss thing is equipped).

Protecting against poison-based attacks and effects. Essentially any attack that is green.

I had wondered if the toxic damage beads did anything about the clouds, guess that confirms it.
