Theres one more relic you aren't counting: the incorrupt hand.
You can find it in the desecrated cistern. Theres a room with a body at the bottom and a hole you can dash through into an adjacent room. The items on a ledge, need to have the relic that lets you move in mud. Bring it to foot cleaning guy and he gives you a relic that rings when ur near secrets (useless at this point in the game and doesn't seem to work properly, because it won't stop ringing in albero when there isn't anything else here)

If I don't complete the Gemino's quest in time, I can't get the Saeta Dolorsa prayer, it is very helpful, unlike the other two...there really is something missable here. I can't get to that cave, which means that I also can't get the Children of Moonlight #6 and the Collectible #14. Of course I can't complete the game at 100% (facepalm)
