they are zone where need to jump in the water,1 to Desecrated Cistern and the other i don't remember ,
but how can i do for jump correctly in the water ?

you need 3toe and complete rodento quest (he stand behind statue) , equip the 3toe behind the final statue and a cave appear

Am i retarded or how the hell is one supposed to come to the conclusion that something happens if you equip those 3 items in that location!? Was there any hints whatsoever? I tried my best to 100% this game, i really did and explored everywhere i could and used all the quest items and the thing that i missed is that i was supposed to equip these specific items in this specific room when this specific NPC is present there. Wow. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

This puzzle wants you to look at what you have learned so far about the NPC in question, from which it's possible to deduce that you have at your disposal the three rosary beads given by Redento as rewards. These are relevant to the lore connected with Redento and his Master, the First Pilgrim (the statue Redento stops at).

It's all there at that point in the game, it just needs a little patience to piece it all together for the solution

Sorry, but none of what you posted answers my question. That those three items were all given by Redento to Penitent One at some point is obvious. But how do you know that this "puzzle" exists in the first place? From my point of view, the guy has reached his destination, but did not have the weight of his sins lifted off his shoulders, so he is left there in confusion and despair and that's simply the end of his story.

It very well could've been the end of Redento's quest/tale. The dialogue line of his having arrived at the statue, "Barefoot Master, what else dost thou want from me?", hinted at the possibility of there being something more.
