Achievement basically says you have to do this without healing in general, which is what the summons do.
I am still intrigued for Perpetua. Like you said, there is an achievement dedicated to her but she is the only one without any life bar on the low-middle of the screen.
Still not sure about the healing coming from other things than the flasks though. And there is a prayer that rewards you with health when you hit enemies. Could it void the achievement ?
I am still searching for answers.
I have a good question. Is it just no healing during boss encounters or can I not heal through out the game?
you can heal outside of boss encounters.
For those of you who are not getting the achievement it might be because you entered the boss fight with some used healing flasks which may cause the game to think you healed with flasks during the boss fight (I have no idea if this is the case, but it might be a bug).
