Final relic location / Painting door

Pretty sure its the last one, I think you trade a severed hand to the salt guy? Any idea where to get this? The relic rings if there is a secret in the area.

Also, in the room with the three paintings, one is of a hand, the other is two candles. I know if you equip the wax the candles activate, but how do you activate the bloody hand?

For the 3 paintings, hold down your Projectile button, the one that cuts HP for some Fervor.
I got the Severed Hand not more than an hour ago and I can't even remember where.

You can get the hand in the Desecrated Cistern, in front of the fountain where you can fill up vial biles.
Also, where is the room with these 3 paintings? I remember passing by them, but don't remember where it is.
