New empty room next to the Sphere of Sacred Smoke in the Wall of the Holy Prohibitions area after update?

I know there is normally an empty room in this area (Wall of the Holy Prohibitions) where an NPC goes depending on your actions but I do not believe that this is that room. I have not seen this before and it didn't appear when I was watching a YouTube guide based on the Vanilla version of the game. The room is right next to where you pick up the Sphere of Sacred Smoke and the notable thing about it is that there are scattered bits of hay everywhere and a bench. There is nothing else in the room of note. I am not sure if I am missing something but I didn't want to overlook it. Anyone know whats up with this room?

Exactly my thought at first. However, once you start the DLC questline you will find that this room actually has its purpose!

Someone said in another thread that Cleofas shows up here if you kill Socorro.

Cleofas will be in a different, smaller cell. This one will also hold a prisoner at some point, but you'll have to find that out for yourself :).
