If i use Bile Flask on a boss, but die or reset the game. Will the achievement Requiem Aeternam be voided?
On the second boss fight i accidentaly pressed the button, but then i died.

It will not. Had this happen during my recent run and the cheevo still popped. It only voids it if you use the Flask on the fight that kills the boss.

Oh, and for me I moved Flasks to R3 so I didn't have to worry about it too much.
