Also, the voice acting is pretty bad, though I imagine she's probably either one of the devs or a friend of them, and not a professional voice actor.
EDIT: As a tip, it's very easy to work in chip damage against her by combining blocks with dodge thrusts.
Yeah, I thought it was great for those reasons.
But I agree with the voice. It's pretty bad.
For example, she "feigns" attacks and enters the parry stance, yet I hear the sound effect of her swinging her sword two times as if she was attacking normally. Or the sound effect for her sword swing starts way earlier than she actually swings. Or the sound comes very late, usually when I already blocked the attack.
Whenever she parries me it also seems to "lag" (I assume this is supposed to be "pixel graphics slow motion", but it often looks like the game doesn't load her animations in time and just skips them, similar to how you can heal twice and kinda "skip" the second animation and have TPO just stand there with a facepalm).
Yeah, the fight is glitchy as hell for me, too.
I am tempted to reply with "everything".
