Spikes and Guilt Fragments
I died on spikes and my fragment stayed on the spikes of for reason (bug?), so I tried dying again and now I have 2 fragments on spikes and my mana bar is literally less that half right now..... any way to remedy this other than restarting a save?

Iirc it requires about 1k tears to do so.
