Crisanta Tips?
I'm currently stuck on the Crisanta fight and I'm looking for some tips. I know the strategy is mainly to parry most of her attacks but sometimes I'll parry and get knocked back so I can't punish her attacks. Also I'm having a really hard time missing the vertical dashes in the second phase, they come out so fast and I'm unable to find exactly when I should jump.

Secondly, I'm trying to itemize against her and I can't tell exactly what type of damage she does? The sword looks like physical but some seem like fire attacks and the second phase dashes kinda look like a lighting-fire hybrid. Which damage should I be defending against?

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

You can parry her in the second phase, she usually does the dash, 3 times, after that she teleports to the ground for a moment that you can take advantage of, it's hard to describe which attack you can punish so I can just tell you That you identify it yourself, another thing that can help is an item that makes you invulnerable when healing, it is in Londo (the level of the hole, you need an item that activates some plants to have it.) His normal attacks are usually regular attacks, but the explosions of energy that she releases when attacking the ground are magical. That's all I can tell you, good luck.

I believe there is a bead that makes your parry animation last longer. I used that and parried pretty much every one of her attacks

I am struggling with this fight as well. From what I can tell the attacks that do damage in the first phase is when she goes up in the air and charges at an angle at you, which releases purple waves/bubbles on the ground. The first hit does a lot of damage the bubbles do less. But avoiding this attack seems crucial.

In her second phase all the special charge attacks do loads of damage so it is a matter of avoiding them, which is all timing and not doing too many attacks before so you get stuck in a finishing animation (3rd and 4th attack in combo)

All her other attacks seems to do little damage but it should be said I have both a slight increase and normal increase to defense rosary knots equipped (Dove Skull and Ember of the Holy Cremation)

I've gotten her down to one bar but I have not managed to avoid all of her high damage attacks, so I assume if I just learn the timing for those attacks I should be able to do it.

Literally got her on my next try, so yes practice on avoiding the high damage attacks and hit her when she does the other attacks.

Crisanta has many attacks.
On first phase, she does the short range swing/long range charge and airborne charge attack. You can parry the first two, but you do not get a riposte window. You may want to keep some distance from her airborne charge attack, which aims at a near 45 degree angle, jump up to avoid the shock waves and attack back. Sometimes Crisanta stand there waiting to parry you, so you can slash twice before immediately parry her attack, and sometimes you get a riposte.
On second phase, Crisanta does two addition moves. One is release shock waves that can be dodged by ducking, another is charge attack three times, 2 horizontally and one diagonally, all of which can be dodged by jumping, and then you can wait for her to reappear and attack. Always prepare youself to dodge this 3 charge combo since the first one comes very quick.
On third phase, Crisanta charges 5 times, all of which can be dodged by jump up.

The main tip is timing. You need to parry a lot. The only attack that can't be parried is purple AOE. Watch closely if she is stunned. Then go full combo. If she is not stunned under your attacks be ready to parry at some moment, don't rush for that 3-4 hit combo.
