Icons around Penitent One's character interface?
So I'm a handful of hours into the game and just realized some new icons have appeared around the Penitent One's interface/icon. There's like a...thread of yarn(?) to the upper left of his mug shot and then what looks like 3 bullets to the left.

I tried googling, checking the wiki, but can't find what these mean. I don't mind mechanics spoilers, but I don't think these would be spoilers really, since I have them. I've tried swapping some items in/out and it doesn't change. So what are they for or represent?

Ahh, ok, thank you. Which makes sense b/c now I see the icons match those quest items! Thanks again. Guess I shoulda looked there and not just at equip-able items. =D
