Is the "Golden Burden" backer skin missing for anyone else?

I got and entered the code for it, but I just see the default and alloy skins.

Yup. I actually got an error on entering the code for it and for the soundtrack:
"Steam failed to install (app configuration unavailable)"

If I re-enter the keys it tells me it's already redeemed so hopefully someone just needs to remember to push a button somewhere to enable this stuff.

The activation shows up in my account history, just not in the game or my DLCs.

Same for me. Can't see it in game, but steam says I have it.

Ah yeah, likewise. Oddly I didn't see the OST listed there so I tried that code again and it went through and downloaded.

On the game's page in my library it now has the little "DLC" section but only the OST is showing up there.

I was also a tiny bit surprised that the alloy skin was separate from the backer package and that I had to buy it in an additional purchase. Not a big deal because it was only 2 bucks, but was that the case with you guys too?

Experienced the same issue with redeeming this KS backer skin. Seems to be a launch hiccup.
