Toughest boss in the game

Now that I've completed Blasphemous, I can honestly say that The Lady of the Charred Visage is the boss that I find the most difficult. Her attacks seem random (based on RNG) which can really screw you over in her second phase, when you are running from one attack only to be hit by the other. The design and soundtrack are awesome though. It took me an hour and a half in the first playthrough, and I fear I might need about as much time in the second as well.

Guess the Bronze Medal achievement is not meant for me...

What boss did you struggle most on?

Isidora is probably the hardest overall, the added restriction of being unable to pause to change prayers has to be considered.

Definitely that ghost lady behind the bone hall. So far I was not able to get her.

Shes a living tank with lots of hard to avoid attacks. Im still not sure how to avoid her ultimate tripledashing attacks, dashing doesnt work, parryinng doesnt work.

That Baby, as someone mentioned here, was one of those three totaly easiest lolbosses. The Baby, Three ladies and some Huge head, all supereasy. I killed these on first try with no problems and I never saw them before.

From standard bosses was little problematic just that Knight Lady before final boss, I got her only thanks to my fully upgraded potions. Very fast and annoying,

Finally finished the game too, my first metroidvania, did 33/45 achievements, wasn't expecting to get that many since the game has lots of secret stuff and I have to say Isidora, Voice of The Dead was probably the hardest boss for me.
Just wished I had a chance of doing those 5 dlc bosses.

not saying they are hard, just that I thought I could fight them on my current playthrough but it's ng+ only

Not implying you said that, just commenting on their difficulty, yep, NG+ only, kind of sucks.
