Let me disable Mea Culpa abilities

Sacred Thrust is a clunky ability that has gotten me into more trouble than it has saved me from. Unfortunately now that I've bought it, I'm currently stuck with it. Please give me the option to toggle abilities on/off at least so I no longer have to deal with it short of starting a new game.
