Where to go next?

I killed the Three Refugees and went through the Wall of Holy Prohibitions but there was no guy in the cell at the end and the tram requires a key I don't have. There is also a gold chest that seems to be linked to a hidden passage somewhere in the rooftop but I can't figure out for the life of me where it is.

You'll find a key that can open a chunk of the doors in the Wall itself
That merchant has the other key though I don't remember which location she sells it at

I got the key of the inquisitor and went through the entire Wall of Holy Prohibitions. Or are you referring to the tram key?

There's a key you get called Key of the Squire, try every jail door you find, you should be able to. The key for the tram is somewhere in there too but honestly I was super tired last night, can't remember much of that mazey place's order of events.
There's a couple fake walls too.

No boss found in there, weird... I got the Squire key and went through everything, connected the area back to the first shrine. I read there is supposed to be a guy in the cell before the ladder going to the roof but I opened it and there was nobody inside.

I'm also seeing bits of the map where I've never been, I can't interact with the frozen area guy nor can I interact with the blood altars to get more bile. The switch version is a mess lol

Yeah on the far left side there's a boss, you don't need any specific relics to be able to get there, just the Inquisitor/Squire keys. Check for fake walls n such.

Map bug strikes again, showing me areas I've never been making me think I've been there lol Now if I could just figure out how to get around the whole "Can't interact with people" thing. Blood Altars don't do anything when I interact with them and neither does the frozen foot washing guy.
