Anatomy Books in the Library?

Whats up with this room? There 3 anatomy books, each naming a body part that you can get as one of the collectibles. I have all 3 of them and nothing happens. No idea what to do here.

Well, they are books, and just as it so happens, the bones might give some clue:

Tibia: "Be fervent, that is the secret!"
Kneecap: "I forbid you to move"!
Femur: "Get rid of everything and you've got nothing to lose."

Right now, I have unequipped EVERYTHING (including the Heart Core) and stand around, waiting.

This worked, make sure you have NOTHING equipped, no health viles nothing

Nothing equipped and still the same, nothing happens. Even drank every health potion.

I must be doing something wrong. I unequipped everything and am standing still. Does my fervour need to be completely full or something?

Okay, I got it to work as well, here is what you need to do exactly:

"Get rid of everything!": Unequip everything: relics, rosary beads, prayer, make sure no heart core is equipped, and use up all your flasks.

"Be fervent!": You need your fervor (blue bar) filled to the brim.

"Don't move!": Self explanatory. You don't even have to wait for long, just a couple of seconds.

Seems this is what I was missing as well, and fortunately you dont actually have to have it "full" (as in, you can have guilt and still do it). Id be screwed otherwise because Ive destroyed every confessing statue and I have no idea how to remove guilt now (they leave this red circle on the floor but nothing happens when you try to use it).

In one of the confession rooms, you should have found a white pearl. If you have it equipped, you can die a few times without accumulating guilt. Once it has been soaked with guilt, that is, is completely black, you must have it equipped to use the red circles.

Beating the last boss heals your fervour bar. It's the only way that I know of after breaking the statues.

I mean, you can always go back to your guilt fragments and recover them i guess? xD except the fragment is inside the boss and you still cannot beat it, obviously, but once you do you could always go back to the room and finish it! Anyway i can confirm that this works with guilt on you! The only thing i did differently is using Blood Penance (Hold B button) to fully charge my fervor in the room, not sure if that's required but there's that! :3

Dang, I was doing clean up, but I have the sword core that cannot be removed. 😮‍💨
