Mods and/or Cheats?

Is there any mods and/or cheats for this game? In particularly a mod or cheat that makes mines last forever?

Someone uploaded a mod on discord, I think to get rid of slums.
I've also wrote a post here about modding a while ago. The game files are openly accessible and editable.
No 'official' cheats available though.

I was checking the game folder for exactly that and couldn't make out what i am seeing there.

Could you please put a sticky that explains how to view\access game files?

BTW - I wanted to say that you're doing a great job. I was checking Citystate for a long time and what made me buy the game was the way you are communicating to with the community, you give a reader a sense of candor on your part and I respect that.
