Save game files and keyboard shortcuts.?

Would anybody be able to tell me what file or files (and where they are located) stores the games saves so that I can migrate to an upgraded computer.? Also, are there keyboard shortcuts accessible to use at the moment, and if so, is there a list somewhere that I can peruse.?
