Controller?

How is this game with a controller? I'm thinking about getting it to play local co-op with 2 controllers.

Haven't played it with kb/m yet but happy enough the way it plays with a controller.

Controllers seem to have an input problem where your button presses are counted twice. Pressing the attack button makes your character attack twice, making the game feel clunky, and using a skill with a CD will both activate the skill and character dialogue that plays when you can't use the skill yet. It's been a while since I last played this game but It wasn't problem before.

EDIT: It's actually not a controller issue. For whatever reason, on the Slayer, equipping the Last Bastion skill causes the problem.

This game is a great local + online coop game works great with controller

I also encountered the problem, that buttons are counted twice: I often can hear my slayer say something like "I can't use this yet", when I used a skill with a cooldown by pressing that button just one time.
I think this is also causing the normal attack lasting longer than you actually press the attack button.

Also I use a PS4 controller. But the game always shows the XBox controller buttons. I know you can edit the button layout in the settings, but they keep resetting everytime I restart the game.
