Weapons, clothing and other loot question

Is there any video/post/anything regarding the concept of the loot? I think i read in one of the recent posts here that within a certain type of weapon , each piece looks the same, only the stats are different, can someone confirm it? And what about item drops, rarity, etc, how come none of the info regarding this has been shared with the community : )

Check the dwarf video, there is a part with open inventory in it. It doesn't last long but you can get a glimpse of what it looks like.

Yep i saw that one already, but thank you. I meant more like any information on how loot works, mechanism, rarity etc

I am thinking this game is going to be very basic in the way of loot. Bonus to skills or damage. You aren't going to find the complexity of Diablo 2 or 3 here, with variations of armor sets and builds to support them.

Exactly. I'm a bit surprised they went in this direction cause loot is the bread and butter of a modest hack&slash. Pitty.

I was asking that question on twitter, then repeated it when "Ask us anything" action started - noone answered that however. These are important things regarding the game's genre and lack of information about it.. well, it's not encouraging.

Too bad, it's pretty essential for such a game
