Pre-order Items
Are you supposed to claim these items or do they show up in your inventory? I have them listed on steam but I'm not getting any of them?

there are two versions ... "pre-purchase" and "just regular buy." You do not get the helm or exp if you get the non-pre purchase one.

That's odd. I'm pretty sure I pre-purchased because I have them listed as DLC in my library. My key was from gmg though, so I wonder if that has anything to do with it? Where do you even see the pets?
