Mouse Cursor disappears on Fullscreen

When i change to fullscreen my mouse cursor is disappearing. I tried with different resolutions. I tried starting with windowed mod then alt+enter but still whenever i go to fullscreen mode my mouse cursor is gone. Anyone has a solution for this ?
In fullscreen mod i got +10 fps, i am playing on laptop and i want to enjoy the game but in windowed mode my fps is like 30-35 (1080p), when i go to fullscreen im having 45-50 fps, if change to 720p i got even higher mostly 60+ (usullay 80-90).
is devs said anything about this issue ? i just bought the game and searched this on google but couldn't find any answers. Thanks :)
