Hama uRage Controller Problems

uRage Ess. 2 controller, driver installed fresh, reinstalled, same with the game. It recognises the controller when I press a button, the UI changed from MK to Xbox icons, but when I press a anything, it just doesn't work, as in is says "press A to continue". Any solutions, anything, because this game seems really nice played with a controller and can't really buy a new one
