(Solved) Can't solve inscription despite it saying it's solvable

Edit: I figured it out, turns out I didn't try all the possibilities after all
So I found an inscription on an artefact and through process of elimination found the words that would fit into it. However, I can't solve it. I've tried every possible combination I can think of, but I still can't solve it even though it says it's solvable.
Here's a screenshot I took of the inscription so you all can look at it as well and maybe help me solve it.

Have you tried putting the character that looks like a ' into all the available positions? Maybe then it will eliminate a word it thinks is wrong...

I have, but every time it says it's wrong it leaves the same 4 words including '
