[Spoliers!] Fixing a mistake?

So, I let the First Empress' recording talk too long in the Withering Palace, and she drove out of the hopper beam, and now I can't seem to shut her down and get Six back.

When she mentioned her Ethical Core in some dialogue on the Rivers, it dawned on me that she might still have other robot restrictions -- like Myeri being her primary user -- and so Myeri might be able to help me. But when I went to Iox there wasn't an *option* to tell the professor what happened; I ended up making inane small talk instead, it was pretty frustrating.

Oroi said she'd need the Empress back in the beam out back of the Palace, and I doubt either Oroi or the Empress would be keen to return there.

Any hints to point me towards getting Six back, if it's even possible? I *miss* my robot friend, and for all that I didn't *super* trust him what with the Professor being his primary user I trust the Empress so, *so* much less.

I got the Empress on my first playthrough, after Jon's apparent addition. Even though I missed the heck out of Six, I decided *not* to tell Myari. The situation felt SO much like it wasn't supposed to happen that I wanted to see it through.

I wanted to get a lot more information out of the Empress, but I accidentally-ed myself to the end of the game When I spoke the right words to the Catkis hopper on my way to see Oroi again.

Yeah. Something similar happened to me, and I'm only now back at the point where I got forced to end-game.

I assume this is somewhat common, as even one review I read called the ending "more or less abrupt".

You can actually get out once, if you do it right, but G-D forbid you accidentally hit that spot one more time.
