How do you remote play rhythm doctor?

I tried doing remote play with one of my friends but once he joined it said he has no input. How do I fix this?

you'd have to click on the keyboard icon next to his name so that he can use his keyboard.

If you already did and it is not working, then maybe it is another problem.
