- play as Czechoslovakia - the country is weak in terms of agent power, so be ready to invest a lot of money in buildings that increase it, and I advice you as well to get SORM as soon as possible to help the Socialist Camp with it;
- have authoritarianism as your form of government at the end of the game (one party/late state planning/total control);
- support GDR, Bulgaria, Poland and Hungary almost every event, except for when Hungary attacks Romania (pick the 2nd choice to "present a formal concern") and pick also the 2nd choice when Solakov leaves the Warsaw Pact, which is to ignore him;
- create new CMEA in March of 1990 and create new military alliance once the USSR decides to dissolve the Warsaw Pact, and get as many countries as possible in both alliances;
- support Socialist Camp Stability to the max both in events and in the map, and send help to USSR conservatives each year, to eventualy help trigger the August Coup in 1991;
- research every science, including nuclear weapons, which you will need - once you get nuclear weapons (which you must have before the August Coup event), hide their usage from the IAEA in the event;
- support the August Coup (1st choice of the event - you will need 25 agents for it); after the coup, the new Soviet government will ask for the countries of the new CMEA and new military alliance to submit to their leadership, but since now you have nuclear weapons, you can pick the choice to refuse and accuse the new Soviet government of "revisionism" - because of that, the USSR will not invade and a new "1968" will not occur;
- after this, do not allow the USSR to fall by preventing the Belavezha Conspiracy to succeed (if that event occurs).
If you reach the end of the game with your military alliance and economic alliance (inclunding China in it), a still existing USSR and less then 80 NATO invasion threat, you should get the achievement at the end of the game.
Sry, forgot that. That is probably the hardest one. Basically, the Warsaw Pact must fall but the USSR must remain green/reformist in politics, while keeping the paths mentioned by the achievement and supporting the respective leaders. If the Warsaw Pact falls, the maoist-syndicalist coalition in Poland will fall, with the syndicalists taking over Poland (as you can read in the ending).
I did the same actions as in the previous achievement.
Am I doing something wrong?
You must let the WPO fall, and not create a new one.
What should be the tactics? Create a new CMEA at the beginning or at the end? (or shouldn't it be at all?)
Not to create a Warsaw Pact (including a new one)?
How strongly do we need to support the disintegration of the socialist camp (not to help Afghanistan, Yugoslavia and not even to support the withdrawal of troops, etc.) so that the USSR remains "green" and there is no Emergency Committee?
Do I need to support conservatives, send loans? (if yes, how much?)
