Islamic Socialism.
I tried to get the Islamic Socialism achievement as Albania. At the special results in the endgame it is said that a Islamic Republic was established, but I didn't get the achievement. What are the requirements for this achievement? My government system was Kadarism and I was in both WPO and CMEA since the State Committee under Alksnis demanded me to do so, is it because of that?

You must choose to adapt the ideology of Islamic Socialism
Even if you go liberal it still will be islamic socialism
The problem is that you have chosen the third option that the Imams governs, which is not islamic socialism but actually fundamentalism.( eg, the third option makes your state more likely to return to sharia law giving up socialist principles like Saudi while the first option will be more like Libya and Ba'athist Syria.

Syria and Iraq are not Islamic socialists, Ba'athism basically secular socialism. Libya is close to Islamic socialist than Syria

First option (Islamic Socialism) is like Libya, especially Under Gaddafi. Last option (Theocracy) is like IR of Iran.
