training units quest
I have noticed that there are quests where you train some units and lead them to village or city X .
How do i get those units to train as they are not available for me to recruit ? That leads me to how do I bring those units to city/village X ? Do they join me for a trip or what ?

firstly you need to hire low level and after you train them you get units which you need

Well, I have noticed that my troops get experience up to 300 points and then they stop gaining experience. Does my Leadership need to be a certain level before they can get more and level up ?

Some troops are currently not being offered to hire. For instance: there are quests which require you to get Poznan Snipers... these are leveled from Poznan Militia. After the last update, these no longer appear. Apparently whatever "fix" they deployed to stop characters in towns from disappearing made it so characters which would normally disappear in barracks simply don't exist. As a result there are a ton of troops you simply can't recruit.

Added on top of this, there is a bug where in many cases you will be unable to complete the "Train X" quests due to you being unable to turn them in.

In short: it's bugged.

Saving, going to the menu, and loading can cause new characters to appear in barracks. This is currently the only solution, but it's not a good one. Typically characters don't disappear until you've been playing awhile.

Seems it is still bugged. Which really does suck.

Do units still level up into the next tier? As far as I can tell they just hit lvl 15 and stop?

I do not think so. You got to go spend money on fact A and then building an alliance to get more unit types. Though there seems to be no way to build up rep with factions that hate you. This also goes for asking for piece. All I get is telling them good bye. I am going to attack you or demand for money. I can not even seem to be able to put night vision on my units. Even at max level.

I've just loaded a save up and now I cant put night vision on them either, removed it from one unit which had it (pozna elite sniper) and now I cant put it back on. Only real way Ive seen to get higher level troops is mercenary market. It seems that whatever you recruit them as thats what they stay as

Well the quest says I need like 3 male villagers to level 5. Which I go and do that. Then it will not let me turn them in. I made allies with 2 factions and have gotten their units in the barracks inside that faction city.

keep in mind that these quests only work with unassinged units.
or: dont put them into a squad when you want to complete your task

Ohhhh... I see. Kinda wish that was better explained. I was more used to Mount and Blade version of the quest. Where once you have the units. It just auto took them from your army. Did not know or expect that they had to be out of a squad.

Thank you very much for very fast reponse. I google everywhere and can't find the answer. When the game say training, I thought I have to train them myself like the military boot camp or something.
So I just hire low lv thug then do fighting until them lv up?
Another question. Is there a way to skip a several minutes countdown before battle start?

I don't think it is possible to reduce the cooldown man :/
Sorry for that.

Yeah, it's pretty much what you have to do.
Don't forget that mission give you xp and to your soldier too :)
Have a nice play man =)

Your Mother: that`s not a countdown to battle, it counts down to unveiling the positions of the combatants. Kind of lifting the fog. You can start attacking as soon as you go to the map after setting up your squads.
