Hellow I have question about one of achievements

I'm trying to get the 'Joining the Cause' achievement, but I have no idea how to get volunteer troops... any help would be appreciated thanks!

but that's weird I have over 300+ reputation and have 0 volunteers... is there any requirements other than reputation? or the RNG is just messing with me?

You have to have rep with certain factions. I get ponzas turning up all the time.
I think this is because i have taken the time and spent the resorces to befriend them.
I am at like 75% trusted friend to that faction.

Volunteers will join you if you have really good relationships with other factions, or if you have a city, and there is high happiness level, you also can have volunteers

Is the achievement bugged right now? I´m sure i got more than 3 volunteers from towns/factions but counter stays at 1/5

did you get all this volunteers in one time?

probably it counting times of joining

hey, i always accept volunteers to my groups :) Or does it make a difference if they join me/my troops or a city i own?

it seems the achievement only counts for when OTHER factions volunteer to join YOUR squad. Troops from happy cities will join the GARRISON

ok, thanks, so this will be easier/faster without towns, need to try that, "glad" that alpha forces are knocking at the door now ingame to get rid of my cities

assuming they don't also overrun your allies with the hoard of 4,500 elite troops first xD

ok, to make things clear, volunteers do have to join my party to count for the achievement, joining cities does not count, maybe this will help other people asking the same question
