Best army comp

which do you think are the best (most health and accurancy) soliders for all roles i.e snipers, machinegunners, rifleman ?

I use mostly VFA Fighters and VFA Women's Marines (Valkyrie Female Forces) for the infantry Rifleman and LMG roles, respectively. Also, the Rattlesnake Special soldier is a great choice for machinegunners, better than the VFA Women's Marines in that particular role, so I have a mix of both for my machinegunners. I also enjoy the Night Wolf Solitary Wolf Scouts and Sea Lion Special Soldiers for my Assault/Special Forces class squads. Equip them all with at least one medkit, a grenade launcher, a set of night-vision goggles, or a smoke grenade for your frontline/assault troops, to get the most out of them.

Yeah well, personally i build the Inf training facility then the 2 "cadet" facility
and just use Lvl 4 "trained Infantry" as the core of my force. I suppose that reflects
somewhat on my former career but, works well for me.
After all, most army's are over 60% Infantry for a reason. That being said, i do
use "support" squads of SF'ers as well but 90%* of my "army" is infantry.

*That figure would be less if Tanks and IFV's were available....

Fair point if you want a "realistic" army of "freedom fighters".
Personally i use those for garrison duty.

FCA Shock Troop with their 300 base HP for standard rifleman and machinegunner

Ponza sniper elite are the best sniper reaching a sight of about 3.0 at level 15

Night Wolf Solitary Scouts for flankers as they are quick and generally quite good.

Where can you recruit those unique units like FCA Shock Troops, Pozna commandos, Federal Machinegunner / Special Forces?

You can get FCA Shock Troopers by freeing them from captivity and adding them into your army buying them in the FCA cities if you are allied to them or if you are late into the game buying them from mercenary camp, as for other dudes: Pozna commandos same as FCA but i don't think you can recuit them from camp , federal you can maybe recruit from camp

Yeah I had been freeing them, that's the only way to recruit them I think. Wish there was a way to upgrade soldiers like Mount and Blade...
