Levelling up squads

Not sure if it was an intentional update change but my squads now seem to take forever to level up.

It would be nice if squad XP is shared across the whole party. Atm I have to resort to going back to fight lowly bandits to rank up volunteers instead of fighting higher class troops; this could possibly end up being quite a grind later in the game

Could be nice to pay to upgrade them too.
And a percentage of where the squad is for next rank?

There is a skill for more exp. If you have really good troops try leaving some of them out of the squad to level up your lower tier stuff in smaller skermishes help too.

It really is a bothersome grind later on. You can't have your volunteers tag along with vets in real fight to get xp 'cause they can't kill anyone. Have to go back to muedering those boring looters.

I wish we have passive xp with instructor skill like trainer skill in M&B.

A passive xp liie m&b would be fantastic. I think it will get very boring to need to level up low troops against bandits everytime you get a beating and lose your skilled troops

I agree with the passive exp gain. Would be a very great addition.
