Nice logic
I wrote how he will solve it in 9/10 Cases. No Political discussion intended
And i know cases where it was all of the above
And in one case it was MSI Afterburner which have so far the User with the problem said a overlay what caused the issue. And as i wrote , there are more cases where Programms with overlays finally caused the Problem to appear.
there were several other user having similar problems and it was never fault of the game and/or unity.
mostly it was a GPU-driver fault or DX fault.
just one example from another game (googled for this access violation caused by unityplayer)

as you can see right at botom within last post, this guy just needed to update NVIDIA drivers.
so to OP:
please update all your drivers and DX, check your Antivir and if this happens regulary please inform us again
I tried all things that you told me, but I couldn't start this game. I received same error messerges.
However, I don't give up. I'll try to wait for update.
I'm looking forward to playing this game with you someday!
Thank you for helping very much.
How much RAM?
Do you have space on your hard drives?
We have several reports of 2GB graphics cards crashing and we are working on an potential fix guide to have posted.
The crash says that you ran out of memory, and your computer started to use hard drive space as memory, but there wasn't enough space to do so.
I don't know entirely how windows works with "paging" (using HDD space as memory) so I cannot say for sure the exact issue without knowing more.
We will hopefully have a potential fix for this posted in the upcoming days to bypass this issue.
If you have enough Dedicated RAM, there is a way where you can tell windows to use it as Video RAM for your graphics card.
