add a devmenu or cheats for players to mess with?

i would love some form of dev menu or cheats, i keep failing sometimes and i like to learn from my own experiences, but id love to disable certain things like id love it if a option is added to toggle building stocking limits on/off.

There will be modding in the game, but this will happen in a later stage of the development.
