Decorative Fruit Trees

Do the apricot, cherry and apple decorative tree produce fruit? If so do the villagers harvest and eat it?

Or are they merely decorative - apologies if this is a stupid question

The fruit does not show up in the market, so imagine that the locals eat it on the way to or from work.
