They are constantly updated and are of course only displayed for the months that you have reached in the current year.
If you want to see the totals from a complete year, i.e. 12 months, click on a line and look at the bars on the far right. Of course, this only works for past years that have already been completed.

- Local purchases: The amount of money you spent so far for buying the garden produces from citizens.
The next column you can set the following (all numbers are per month):
- Village house rent: The monthly rent for the village houses and village houses with garden
- Apartment rent: The monthly rent for the rowhouse apartments
- Land tax: The land tax for the village houses with garden. This must be % as it varies from garden to garden and depends on it's size (e.g. for 0.10: size of garden*10 %) But I'm not 100 % sure of that and there is no way to check this.
- Wealth tax: The money people have to pay per month if they are above the wealth tax threshold
- Wealth tax threshold: The threshold from which wealth tax must be paid. It depends on the "wealth", which can be displayed in the household detail window.
- Taverns tax: The monthly tax people have to pay who run a tavern
- Barber surgeries tax: The monthly tax people have to pay who run a barber surgery
- Market products price: This determines how much % of the price your citizens have to pay when they buy something at your market stalls or stores. The individual prices of the goods are determined by the game itself. This only affects the local sales within your city, but not the prices, when you export to other cities.
- Basic monthly wage*: This is the wage you pay per month to all the workers, who are permanently employed at the businesses (hired by the "+" button).
- Managers wage*: This is the wage you pay per month to all the managers (e.g. mayor, trading post manager, farm manager, etc.). You can't set this wage directly, but it's always 150 % of the basic wage.
- Laborers wage*: This is the wage you pay to all the laborers. While the wage is per month, it is only paid for the time when your citizen actually works as a laborer. If they don't work they won't get paid.
*Note: All wages are based on 100% pay. For each individual business, in the hire options menu, you can individually set how much of that should be paid to their employees. This won't affect any other buildings.
- Purchase from citizen price: This determines how much % you pay, when citizens, who live in a village house with garden sell their produces to your granaries. The individual prices of the goods are determined by the game itself.
