Report a translation problem
They pathing problems normally sort themselves out, and especially when the next building is complete, although the lines remain until you do a quicksave / quickload (using F5 / F9).
Sometimes I've had problems with some cart sheds or something that have had their terrain altered by close by buildings, or path blocked by new buildings, then I've had to demolish the buildings in question and rebuild another place to solve it.
It's not a bug, Bjorn is right.

Lol and yet in the link you shared it is called a bug, how curious.
Anyway, the advice stands, reload and it goes away.
You read the dev's explanation in that link, right?
The white lines are not a (visual) bug, they are intended to be there, making pathfinding issues visible.
Yes, they go away when you reload the game, but you shouldn't ignore them every time they appear. They are visible for a good reason, so that players can report it.
