I remember seeing someone else with this problem as well. But I also think I remember that it was fixed in a hotfix? Or maybe it was put on a todo-list. Map 01 is the newest map, and the only one with unlimited limestone, so there might still be undiscovered bugs.
I can't help with how to solve it once it's happened.
(posted at exactly the same time as SLIPPY, I noticed... :))
So it seems like it does work for some of us :) Do you remember by any chance where you placed your mining building or if you were cutting trees around limestone deposits? If it's pathfinding issue, I might try to mimic what you did to see if it works.
That's exactly what I have, but when I build mining building in front of limestone deposit (10k+ or unlimited) it says cannot find limestone in vicinity or smth like that
On both maps I had a mining camp just above the infinite source. Or above... that depends on which way you see the game! Between the source and the river. That is per definition below, but...
On my last playthrough I put the first mining camp (mined both stone and limestone) just about where the portrait of the good mister Matviy Dumych is on this screenshot (or a bit closer to the 2 houses), which I took for another reason:

I only used that for stone in the beginning, but used it a bit for limestone before I built another camp by the infinite source. (btw I've abandonded this town now since it started crashing at about 650 citizens, so I'm on a new map now).
You said you built a bridge first then the mining camp in your first post. Have you built other bridges? I think each time a bridge is built, the entire map is 'recalculated' for new pathing routes, or so it seems to me since the game pauses a while.
So try building a bridge, and see if that solves it.
